List allocated bottle releases with live stock counts, per-member order limits, and draft / publish control. Every stock change is logged.
Lotteries
Run random-draw lotteries for high-demand bottles — hold back stock for the draw, winners get a bottle reserved automatically, and the full draw order is posted.
Order ledger
Work every reservation from pending through paid, shipped or held for pickup, and fulfilled — with filters, CSV export, and automatic member emails along the way. Payment stays off-platform.
Shipping & local pickup
Charge flat or quantity-tiered shipping, or none at all — local pickup is always free. Members ship to saved addresses from their own address book.
Your brand, your domain
Custom logo, accent color, landing page, and social links per club — on your own domain with automatic HTTPS, or a clubcask.io address.
Invite-only & secure
Members and co-admins join through invitation links you control, with email verification, two-factor auth, and bot protection on every sign-in.
